Hambela Coffee LLC is a fully vertically integrated company that owns washing stations, coffee processing plants & warehouses at the origin, and an import company that operates in the United States.

Our company specializes in offering single origin and single farms coffees to roasters. Our single origin coffees are traced down to our washing/drying stations and the surrounding farmers who supply coffee directly to our stations. Similarly, our single farm coffees are sourced from single farms.

Our Competitive Advantage

Our main competitive advantage is that we have shortened the value-chain by directly offering our products from farms to roasters. We believe that farmers would benefits from this efficient value-chain because we will be able to pay them higher prices for the coffees they bring to our washing/drying stations.

Single Farm Coffees

We believe in creating a strong bond between coffee farmers and roasters with the objective of maximizing profits for farmers while creating value to roasters. Through our single farm coffees, we offer coffees that are sourced from single farms and share the story behind the farmer who produced it – a truly exquisite seed to cup experience.

Roasters will be able to know, not only about the story of the farmers, but also detailed insights of the coffee’s origin down to the State, Zone, Woreda, Kebele, and farm/farmer name.

All of our Single Farm coffees are harvested, processed, and stored separately in order to avoid contamination with other coffees.

Through our Give Back Program, we have pledged to donate 10% of our sales revenue from Single Farm coffees back to farmers.
